Does anyone know how to get rid of this screen flicker?

It's a known issue with certain GTS 2 nVidia cards, I'm afraid. I had the
64MB version, and the flickering was too much for me. Until new drivers or
game patches appear, you're stuck. As NFS 3 is a pretty old game now, I
don't think you will get a patch for that. Some people found that if you
disable v-synch, it helped, but that is not really an ideal solution if you
still want good FPS and a quality image.
