I missed the reply to the previous post someone put up.

Is there a way of unlocking CMR to allow Expert Level (or whatever it's
called)? So that I can use the bonus cars?

Just finish an intermediate champ in the top 3.
Not really difficult IMHO.

To unlock the bonus cars you have to win the four super
special stages (However, I'm not sure how to unlock the Celica GT4
without cheating). As someone else said, you can unlock expert by
placing in the top three of the intermediate championship. I don't
want to sound arrogant, but if you can't do that then you probably
shouldn't try expert.
