Guys, are we REALLY going to run this ?

With all the wonderful tracks we have at our disposal now, this was chosen ?

If you haven't visited yet, you should.  This is the most miserable waste of
asphalt I've ever seen.  It's ten times worse than Darlington (and that's a
lot coming from me, because I truly despise that place).

If you depend on visual cue's for your marks, you are totally screwed here.

It looks like someone took a few dump-trucks worth of asphalt, steel guard
rails, old tires and paint, dropped it out of an airplane all at once and
where it all landed they pointed and said "Let there be race track".

I did about 20 laps.  I won't even say how many times I offed, but it's so
confusing that I did the last 2 laps BACKWARDS and didn't even realize I was
doing it.

You could change the track on Friday night to something else and you'd get
no complaints from me.

I know it doesn't amount to a hill of beans, but I have a suggestion.  Since
we all enjoyed Road Atlanta how about a re-visit with Open Setups ?

ANYTHING but this pile of junk called Nosring, please!

Personally I think your way off Larry.  I ran Norisring a couple races on
Simmons STARS server last weekend and I think its a great little track.  How
confused can you possibly get with 5 turns? :)  I had never turned a lap
there and by lap 2 I was competitive.   Much much much nicer track than that
POS they call Sebring IMO :)   Everyone isnt going to like every track so
just grin and bear it.

The cup season is coming SOON so dont get too discouraged because of TA
issues( I keep telling myself that anyway hehe).  We normally wouldnt be
running ANYTHING right now anyway so just sit back relax and enjoy as much
as possible :)

Will our CUP schedule follow the regular NASCAR season schedule?

Again, I'm real slow, I don't think I'll ever get used to these RC's, but it
seems like a fun little track. I ran a practice race and learned the track
in a few laps. I think the flagman at the entrance to pit road better move
back a few more feet though. :-)

Larry, you may need to install the graphics fix that is available for
download at the Pits for this track. It fixes any wierd/blurry textures.
It's located in the Norising track download.

LOL,  damn you Larry..    I was minding my own business having a quite sip
of a Wild Turkey & Cola and perusing RAS to pass the time of day, and come
across that snippet above from you. :)
Needless to say, my monitor ended up with a generous coating of  Kentucky's
finest  Bourbon.....     still damn cleaning it off...  <G>
BTW, i agree with your comments on Nosring too.. :)    I hate the place.

Cheers,
Ron.
