TM PRO HELP!

by Barry Stoc » Mon, 08 Feb 1999 04:00:00

Had my TM Pro for about 3 wks & yes just had to replace the springs on gas
pedal :). Problem is that when I closed it back up & recalibrated (seperate
axis mode) full throttle caused a *** pull to the right on the steering
input. Steering all the way to the left caused the it to drop down as if
braking had occured. I downloaded TMSCOPE & found that the steering was on
the X1 axis (centred) gas on the Y1 axis (noncentred) but the only way I
could register the brake movement was through the X2 axis. Now this had me
totally confused so I closed it up & thought I would wait for a response to
the request for support from TM and just use the wheel in combo mode which
was working ok. Recalibrated in WIN95 & got a not connected mode when pro
with combo pedals selected. Flick the switch in pedal base, over to seperate
& get an ok mode for connection but of course I can't calibrate brake as it
is physically in seperate mode. So my Pro is toast :( Any ideas would be
greatly appreciated.

Dohhhhhh I can't escape you :) Thanks for the tip Phil I'll file it in the
appropriate basket

Should crematoriums give discounts for burn victims?
If you try to fail, and succeed, which have you done?
If most car accidents occur within five miles of home, why doesn't
everyone just move 10 miles away?
