MTM2 Locks up on me...HELP !!!!!

MTM2 Locks up on me...HELP !!!!!

I just bought it today and raced home to install it and when I try to run it
the screen goes black with a blank white title bar at the top of the screen and
thats it. I have to re-boot to get un-stuck. Anyone know what gives ???
