PApy won't allow beer adverts (or tobacco) so Jr says Dale and they didn't
get the license for Sterling (or thought they didn't need it)

Can't have any mention of beer in a computer game -- it might corrupt

It's more U.S. laws that prohibit beer or *** advertising on those
mediums.

Many states forbid the sale of products with licqour and tobacco logos.
And...
many large store chains also don't carry products with L&T. So for 8 years
now...
with EVERY NASCAR title by Papyrus and MGI, there has been NO
beer sponsors...however they can easily be added...

For the same reason the Rusty Wallace's car says RUSTY TIME.

Papy won't allow Beer and Tabacco advertising in the game.
