I like Mustangs, Shelbys and Cobras.  So which do I buy, Test Drive 5 or Need
for Speed III??? And why?  I will buy a Diamond Monster voodoo II 3d card when
I buy on of these.

Thanks, Howard

Don't by any of those games they're totally crap.... and no sense of realism
at all in those games.... I have NFSIII which came with my steering wheel,
but it's shit...

If you're looking for an arcade racer go for NFS, if you're looking for
a sim I'd suggest viper racing. TD is out of the question!

TD5 is a complete waste.  Period.  NFS3 is a fun arcader with superior
graphics but gets old fast.  For my money NFSSE is the best of the NFS
series.  (I LOVED my Supra!)  Viper Racing is a blast in arcade and when you
tire of that you slip into Career mode and see what adding upgrades do to
your vehicles performance.  I'm not a gear head but it is interesting to see
how your car can behave differently.  For $30 you just can't miss with
Viper.  Trust me.

Get Need for Speed 3. There are cars that you can download from web site's
for other cars, that are not in the game. I have not seen any Mustangs,
Shelby's or Cobra's though. There are older Camaro's though.
Stay away from TD5.

It almost sounded like I wrote that message myself! NFSSE is indeed the
best of the series. I found it to be the best sim available at the time.
The only difference with your post is that my favorite car in NFSSE was
the Viper. How convenient that Viper Racing came out :-). Viper is
definatly worth it's money. I haven't tried arcade mode yet, but sim is
very good. It has it's flaws, but I definatly found an up to date
replacement for NFSSE. And about time too!
