The first thing that made me believe it wasn't a scam was the fact that they
had 1640 after the "subject"...

Well, I'm not so sure guys. I mean, if it really worked you'ld think
they could afford a spelling/grammer checker.

On the other hand the subject says it isn't a scam, and they couldn't
say that if it weren't true.
