Help/Advice Needed

I had a catastrophic HDD crash last month. Since the PC was 4 years old I
bought a new one. It is a Dell XPS-Gen 4 XP-Pro SP2, 3.4 P4 1066mhz FSB, 4GB
Dual Channel RAM, nVidia 6800 Ultra Extreme vid card on a T-1 Connection. I
run end it all v2

Here is my problem. I like to run NR2002. (Yes there are still are about 45
people left racing there). The problem is cars disappear. My meter shows no
warping, but cars disappear and replay shows bad warp. Seems it gets worse
the longer I race.

I can run 2003, all my flight sims online etc. with all full eye candy on
and never warp. Just 2002 warps!

I can not figure out why. I understand that the 2002 server might shut down
anytime and I don't want to mess up my PC just to run 2002. I have had some
people tell my my PC just might be too strong to run 2002. What do you
think?

Thanks for any/all advice!

Too strong? I doubt that. Since you are not having warping issues with other
games it has to be either the server or the game. Is 2002 just warping
online or do you have framerate issues while not online too? If it is just
while you are online then it is probably server issues.

Thanks for infor Brian.

My frame rates are 150+ with full eye candy on. The ctrl-s thingy is always
green. When I look at a replay and I am warping like heck, there is some
warp with other cars but dunno.

I can race the 2003 server with no problem, so I  agree it must be the 2002
server.

I raced last night and never warped one time. It might be a moot point on
the 2002 server anyway as I have a feeling it won't be there much longer,
only about 45-50 of us left there.

Thanks for the information.

Merry Christmas!

The guests select food, beverages, silverware... everything from the buffet table.
They move to wherever they are comfortable, and sit with whoever they choose.
Provide trays so your guests will not spill everything all over your house from
carrying too much, nor will they have to make 10 trips back and fourth from the
service stations.

Roast Leg of Amputee

By all means, substitute lamb or a good beef roast if the haunch
it is in any way diseased. But sometimes surgeons make mistakes,
and if a healthy young limb is at hand, then don?t hesitate to cook
it to perfection!

1 high quality limb, rack, or roast
Potatoes, carrot

green onions
parsley
garlic
salt, pepper, etc
2 cups beef stock

Marinate meat (optional, not necessary with better cuts).
Season liberally and lace with garlic cloves by making incisions,
