I plugged in my PS2 for the first time in a year to play GT4.  When I
was prompted to free up some space on a memory card, it was like
stepping back into the 90's.  Microsoft really got it right when they
put a hard drive into the XBox.  Memory cards suck.

yeah, but the next Xbox isn't going to have a HDD as standard.  I guess with
1GB flash cards being fairly commonplace it won't be an issue with the
nextgen consoles

I honestly think that's a huge mistake on Microsoft's part.  I like
having custom soundtracks and quick saves.  Two steps forward, one step
back...
