Is there any way to increase the travel in the brake pedal?  90% of the
braking is in the first centimeter of travel, and with GPL, that is
impossible to control. I just switched from a T2 and have hundreds of hours
of experience. Yes, I have tried recalibrating, and no, I would really
rather not buy CH pedals if I can avoid it.

i have a nascar sprint wheel and the same applies to mine as well....ver
1.0 is fine...ver 1.1 sucks....undriveable....now i cant play
online........isnt that wonderful?

I have the Nascar Pro, just bought it a week ago. I might not keep it
becuase the wheel seems to be loosening up already. I can't answer your
question but I feel the same way about the accelerator pedal because it
seems that it only comes on in the last %50 of travel. oh well

Yes there is.

If you open up the pedal assembly you will see that the brake pedal hits a
*** stop.  Remove the *** (it just pops out) and voila, you have
almost as much brake pedal movement as the gas.

Obviously opening up the assembly jeopardizes any warranty action so be
careful.

Actually, I guess the problem isn't with the amount of physical travel, but
more how much of that travel it takes to go from no brakes, to fully locked.
Push down on the pedal one centimeter, brakes are locked, with still 3/4s of
the travel left.
