Mouseman Systems Boogeyman wheel no go in win 98

Any one using this wheel in win 98 and if so How did you get 98 to recognize
it? I think the Microsoft Sidewinder force feedback software is interfering
with 98's ability to let me use this great little wheel.It worked on my dads
pentium pro 200 in win 95 but it's a no go on my P II 350 with win 98. Any
Ideas???? Thanks.
