Last week, the multiplayer code was released to the upper tier members. Last night, the number of eligible players was increased to "Full Member" and above. Although still fairly bare-bones in terms of features, the actual netcode is surprisingly good. I've had lots of good side-by-side racing with no associated net weirdness. I addition, the first iteration of the new tire model (STM, "Seta Tire Model") has been released. Although currently mainly applicable to the Formula cars, it will soon be specced out to the remaining vehicles. (Actually, any vehicle with racing slicks will currently benefit.) So, things are moving fairly quick now. When I posted on Oct. 3rd, the total funds were 3,064,350. Now they are at 3,141,270... an increase of almost 77,000 euro in only nine days. Once it gets to 3.75 million, it's gone So if you're still sitting on the sidelines, you don't have too much longer to make the plunge. The break-even point for getting your money back is projected to be 250,000 units sold. Since the game will be offered on *all* platforms, that 250,000 figure should be easily surpassed. So if you want to: - Be part of the development - Have fun now playing an awesome game - Make some money at the end of the day then you should get involved now. The clock is ticking. :)
