I expect you are referring to the recently declassified report of the 500 chemical weapon artillery shells being touted as the WMDs that were the justification for the US invasion and continued occupation of Iraq. Those weapons were 1991 Gulf War and therefore NOT evidence of an on going WMD program by Saddam Hussein.
