Where to buy V8 Challenge outside Australia

Andi Cole asked how to buy V8 Challenge in the UK. Replies were mostly hints about sharing pirated copies, opinions that it was not worth having, and the note that it was an Australia/New Zealand-only release. The thread drifted into banter about GPL league racing and free time.

Don't bother, it's not even worth downloading. Andre
But then Andre, thousands of people thought GPL wasn't even worth buying.... Each to their own Andre..each to their own :) V8 Challenge is great online, and we have to few racing games for online play. The F1 type car is also a blast.... Morgan

Bzzzt... wrong answer, I actually liked STCC2, remember? -More of the same doesn't bother me. Also, now I've started using your FF settings in GPL and N2k2 I know why you said the steering/FF is disjointed/lagged, because with your settings, it is. Share the wealth and I'll tell you which settings to use. Jan. =--- "Andre Warringa" wrote... > <snip> > Don't bother, it's not even worth downloading. > > Andre

A Formula Holden maybe? F3000 chassis, race-prepped 3.8 L Holden (nee BOC) OHV 90 degree V6 (about 450 hp IIRC) Dave "Dave Henrie" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:aj8E8.35467$[email hidden]... > > "Morgan Boof" > > The F1 type car is also a blast.... > > > > Morgan > The F1 type car would probably be some form of formula Ford or F3000car. > does it have wings? Uh, thanks guys I think. No I don't have Broadband. I'm open to try anything once so why not V8C. The best motor racing I've seen on TV recently was Oz V8's (and the trucks) and the good old British Touring cars. So I wanted to try what ever was around. So, where do I get it from again? Andi.

Hehe. Well, I don't have to worry about that - I don't have it.<g> >Rob (trying to remember the last time he used his steering wheel) Didn't you run at St. Jovite? GPL hasn't been fun lately. I might run Indy, it's always fun. Maybe even in that ugly blue American car that I never drive...
