I read someplace that if you create a driver named "KALJAKOPPA" in all caps,
that you can drive any car/track that you'd like.
However either I'm doing something wrong or this doesn't work?
Can anyone help out here?

You can only drive all tracks and cars in Expert mode or in Time Trial mode.
After you type KALJAKOPPA, press <enter>, the name should disappear and
it should work then.
