wheel settings in GP & F12001

who has what settings for sensitivity and what not....finding it tough with a new and cheap thrustmaster, my first wheel. Help please. Trial and error should, I appreciate, get me there in the end but it's doing my head in! TIA Ian -- Remove "trap" to reply.
