DIRECTX 8 AND GP3

This has probably been asked before, but anyway... I just upgraded from DirectX 7 to DirectX 8. Now, GP3 does not want to start and it says "DirectX not installed". Is there a patch, a solution or should I just play another game? Thanx!!

GP3 should work fine with DX8 in fact it actually runs quite a bit quicker (one on the few games that does). You'll probably have to update your graphics card drivers for DX8 compatible ones.
