GPLEA down?

I haven't been able to got to the GPLEA site for a week. I keep getting a page in English and German saying there is a problem. Is there a new address? buzard

Yes! I read it every damn time I tried to log on. It gives the appearence that the company that provides your site can not find your page to display it! Are you waiting for them to get things fixed or moving to a different server?
