I saw a feature on Speedvision yesterday talking about driver safety. They
showed some crash footage - one was a CART car sliding into a gravel trap, then
barrel-rolling. It was a Players car, but I don't know who the driver was.
Any ideas?

Patrick Carpentier?
(Didn't see the show on SV, just seem to remember him being in a barrel
roll accident at one time)

It was not Greg Moore, this was on a road course and I am pretty shure it is
Carpentier car. This is the same crash that they used in the trailer of
Driven.

Man that was one heck
of a lucky crash. His head just missed the fence as he was flipping over it.

Man, Patrick *has* had some amazing accidents, hasn't he? The one I was
referring to was NOT the Laguna wreck, so it must have been Elkhart.
