Walk Walker 27 Dec 2000 01:30 UTC#212958
I just finished following all (I hope) of the instructions for the TPTCC patch and I'm getting the following error: "Unable to load CARS. Incomplete installation or not enough memory?" Any ideas? All the car files seem to be there.... Help! -/- Walk Walker
did you use the the trucks or N3 Winston cup cars for the conversion? Make sure you have some trucks available if you converted CTS. Also make sure you patched whichever version BEFORE running the tptcc program. If you can at least get to the menu's go to the driver info and make sure the tptcc carset is selected. If you want to run online with tptcc you must make a multi carset. Any tptcc cars can be used but they must have 43 cars in the multi list. If you can nail a few details for us, we can help a-bit more. good luck dave henrie "Walk Walker" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:9Db26.127267$[email hidden]...

The Pits Forum answered my question for me! I used the pre-scripts and the trick is that you have to add a trucks.dat and a.lst file to the trucks directory. Then, everything works great! Thanks for the help Dave! -/- WW "Dave Henrie" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:aeg26.194777$[email hidden]...
