Because, except for McRae, all the names are false. I tried to search for the file which contains the name, but unfortunately, Codemasters made the editing work difficult because the names of the drivers are included in the *.exe file. When i tried to change some names, the *.exe became corrupted and didn't work anymore. Any ideas ??
Apparently there is one here, but unfortunately the site is in german: http://www.colinmcrae2.de/
