It's not as deep, advanced, or as well-populated as GPLRank, but there
is a new F1CS2000Rank page that some of you might find interesting:

Check these places: T. J. Maxx, Office Maxx, Big Lots. In Nashville, I
have seen it each of these places for as little as 4.99, and as much as
$9.99.

Monza is fine <big grin> let's see how long it lasts ;-) The Ranking
looks promising, good work so far - are there any restrictions about
driving aids etc. to come ?
If they restrict driving aids, I hope it doesn't come until after I get a
wheel. There's no way I could add shifting into this whole thing right now.
My wrist hurts like hell after trying to get that Hockenheim time for an
hour. I kept hitting the curbs wrong and spinning out, once I did it in the
last turn, damn that's frustrating. If I were to have to add shifting in
there, I'd probably be way down in my times as I don't think I can keep my
hand that steady doing so many things at once. With two hands on a wheel,
though, I think I'd stand a better chance.

Best Buy has a Saitek
wheel on sale right now for $25, and even if it only had mediocre
pedals, it would still be WORLDS better than trying to race with a
keyboard.
Come to think of it, I might have a non-FF Logitech Wingman lying
around that's not being used. E-mail me at my deja e-mail account and
we'll see if we can work something out.

I
talked my Mom into getting me a wheel as long as I get a 3.5 this semester.
Now I'm just hoping that first final wasn't as bad as I thought it was.
I got told the same thing about not using a wheel when I ran NASCAR Heat
online. It surprised a number of people when they found out I was just
using a joystick and holding the line so well. Really pissed some people
off that I was beating them with a joystick, too. It's too bad really that
the multi-player was so screwed up sometimes, or I'd still be doing that.
Of course, then I probably wouldn't be into F1 racing, except my blessed
Indy, like I am now.
