Yep....Michigan I'm getiing 34.2 second laps.
Yes....of couse I modified the track grip.....changed it from 0.98 to 1.50.
I find it more fun.
That I presume means you can create more track grip in N4? Surely in an
on-line race the grip levels will be whatever the host is running?
Surely a way to cheat hasn't been discovered already?

Yeah, the griplevel can be changed within the "track.ini", but according to Papyrus, this "feature" will be removed in the final version.
Btw: I posted this earlier, but the post became removed, don't know why:

I've tinkered around a little with the grip parameters in the track.ini of Michigan and found out that on extremely high settings, initiating spectacular roll-overs is quite easy (as it should be ;)) ). Check out these replays I've put on my server:

Have fun!

Crash, back to normal grip now
Yep. That was one of the first things I noticed when looking at the track
files, so I tried it and sure enough, with a 1.50 grip setting, Michigan's
flat all the way 'round. Dega-heads rejoice! Pretty odd that they would
release a multiplayer demo with that option still in there, but obviously
it'll be gone for the final release. As an aside, it's interesting how
similar N4 feels to NH with the grip level upped about 10% from standard.
That sort of matches most observations about the two; Papy's sims seem
under-tired and MGI's over-tired.
