My NH Complaint

Though I quite enjoy this title, there is one little thing that annoys me more than anything else! The AI cars have a nasty habit of lingering by the inside tail light and as soon as you move to the inside (in the mirror they look like they are behind you!) they spin you into the infield. This seems to happen consistantly and the AI never attempt to back off or swerve out of the way. It is really frustrating and more often than not ruins what until then is an enjoyable race. I also pointed out this blatant unfairness... there's just no way to keep the door shut. Actuallty, it works both ways to the detriment of the player. You spotter yells out as soon as an AI gets the tinyest whisker alongside, but obviously no-one informs the AI player you were able to insert your nose between his bootlid and the apron. You get pinched every damn time. There's just no racing these artificial idiots, which, to me, kills the game. Jan. =--- Amp wrote... > <snip> > I agree. I agree. I made the same complaint in here and most people told me I need to drive faster. Heh...can't go any faster when you are flat out already. This sort of ruins the game for me because I know most races will be screwed up by the AI spinning me into the infield.

Well whoever told you that obviously has about the same intelligence as the NASCAR Heat AI! If they are going to be of that opinion than hy not just slow the AI down so they are too slow to keep up (and bother) with you? Part of the fun of NASCAR sims is racing side by side, isn't it?
