I had the opportunity to spend a weekend in Germany in August with a little Ford Puma rental. I made my way over to the 'Ring and managed to get in a lap ($10 US). Unfortunately, I was holding a video camera onto the dashboard with my shifting hand so I had to limit my shifts. As a result, it was a pretty slow lap (14+ minutes). But it was still a blast. At the time I had only experienced GPL for a week, so I didn't know the track as well as I do now. Anyway, I managed to download a few (RealVideo) clips of the lap onto my website: http://home.netcom.com/~brydenrh/_wsn/page2.html I'd love to hear some feedback... especially about the 3rd clip! Enjoy... Cheers, Ray GPLRank +48.51 PS: the quality is not great but I'm limited in webspace so I'll have to make due with it as it is for now.

I think he was fine; other bikers behind me had pulled off to make sure. A woman racer had been killed in a fiery crash at Schwedenkreuz (Sp?) the day before. This guy was luckier. As I said it was a slow lap, my top speed was going down the long straight at the end - about 140-145 kph (I wanted to go faster but I knew the exit was coming up and I didn't want to wipe out!). I got to go 200+ kph on the Autobahns later on. Yeehaa! Glad you enjoyed it... Ray GPLRank +48.51 ExMrBlonde <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:9kzB5.61518$[email hidden]...

I think he was fine; other bikers behind me stopped to make sure. A woman racer was killed the day before in a fiery crash at Schwedenkreuz (sp?). This guy was luckier. As I said, it was a slow lap, and my maximum speed was 140-145 kph going down the long straight (I was tempted to go faster but I knew the exit was coming up and I didn't want to wipe out!). I got up to 200+ on the Autobahns later on. Yeehaa!! Glad you enjoy the videos... Ray GPLRank +48.51 ExMrBlonde <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:9kzB5.61518$[email hidden]...
