Race Vehicle Dynamics Lecture (English Version Anywhere?)

Found what looks like a great source of Race Vehicle Dynamics Lecture for the famous Delft University at :- http://www-tt.wbmt.tudelft.nl/vehicle/Home.html (in Education Section) Unfortunately it is in Dutch (is the language dutch or flemish (or is that Belgium)) and I am not too hot at my Dutch to be honest. Does anyone know if there is an English translation anywhere? Thanks for the help Ashley
