Any idea why a sequel to GP500 hasn't been made?
How did the sales do, financially?

Shouldn't see why not.
I haven't tried with the rest, but I know that Superbike World Championship could. I used it with my MS FF wheel, and it works better than with my MS
Precision Pro non-ff joystick.

Thanks.

I just played it some more. There are some really cool things going on.
Graphics for one are stunning. Rider movement is very realistic. Best of all
is the way the bike wiggles under braking. there are some nice touches. But,
I get no sense of feeling from the bike, In my opinion, GP 500 is still a
better game. Just wish they would update Gp and take advantage of the newest
video cards.

With all aids off the driving physic seem pretty damn nice. Not that
it was bad in 2000, but it's been improved. The grass and dirt, for
example, finally seem to be right. Very easy to lose the bike in a
spectacularly painful way by putting a wheel on the grass at the wrong
time.
It also has a nice little "track help" tool, a sliding color-scale bar
that shows you if your speed is safe/medium/unsafe for any place on
the track. For example, as you near a turn the line will gradually
shift to the red unsafe zone, giving you perfect feedback on the
braking/deceleration line for the entire turn. By riding it just near
the red you can cut the fastest line through the corner. VERY clever
and useful tool, it will really help wean a lot of people off the
driving aids.

Best part for me were the rider moves when nearly high-sided as I put the
power down on a white line.
Feet of the pegs, backside in the air !
Feathered the throttle, bike put on a big wiggle with the rider handing on
with bum in the air finally managing to get seated again. More luck than
skill for sure :-)
Had my heart in my mouth just like the real thing - only the "smell" was
missing !!!!
This is one for my Christmas stocking for definite !

I know it's prolly a stupid question but just got me thinkin,
do bike sims support sterring wheels? guess they just
operate as joysticks (i.e. with an x and y axis).
If this one does, does it support multiple axis? i.e.
like GPL.
TIA

I found that using the pedals from my Logiteck Wingman formula force

make playing the game alot of fun with less agrivation.
