I think there some sort of law against the ammount of fun I've been having with
GPL the past few days. I took a break from it for a while cause i was getting
nowhere fast in improving my lap times (my GPLrank handicap was in the 104
range). Now in only the past 3 days I've knocned it down to the 78 range and
if i can turn a better lap at the Ring I might have it in the 60s shortly. But
also Iv'e discovered Dave Noonans gem of a track called Road Atlanta. Dont ask
me why but this is quickly becoming my favorite track in GPL. All his tracks
are excelent but something about RA makes it even better. Maybe its all the
dips and swoops the track takes. I really get into a rythem here. And I can
be very light on the brakes and not loose time unlike a track such as Monza
where you have to break at the VERY last moment to go fast. I havent tried a
race on it yet but i should think this would be even more fun. Just the though
of stalking Clarks lotus thru the esses gets me excited. I guess this is just
one more reason why I'll never stop playing GPL...

I second that. RA is really fun track to drive!

The same feeling! And the old shape - without the modern artifical turn
at the end, before the right downhill going to the start-finish line -
is so good!

I wonder if there's any chance of getting this wonderfull course in
N3, so we "taxi cab" drivers can enjoy it there as well........great
in GPL, though!
