I saw it, too, at least twice. Looked like my SCGT AI driver flying
through turn 2 at Mosport...

I thought I saw it once, too. I figured I just imagined it(shadow tricks,
etc).

In the Cart race at Mid Ohio, did the leading Renenske's of de Ferran and
Castroneves get airborne in the latter part of the 'madness' section? Or
were they just getting light enough to rev the engine...looked to me like at
least the front tires where leaving the ground...

Free the ICR2 source code!
I noticed a couple other cars doing that, especially in qualifying. (why
they aired the qualifying at 12am....)
Though, I was really impressed with Montoya's car control during
qualifying...did anyone else see it? They had an on-board short while he
went through the 'madness' section and was doing opposite lock the whole
way. Though it isn't the best, or fastest, way through there...he put on
quite a show.
What I don't get is how the Renske's were able to brake that much later than
anyone else. Rece Davis asked de Ferran about the claims of them using
undertray wings (explain that one?) to help under braking...and he totally
avoided the question :)
Though, they drove a very good race, and it's great to see Penske back.

They get very light in that portion of the circuit, so I'm pretty sure that
if you get the most speed out of the corner before the section you will
indeed probably have a wheel or two at the front in the air a little.
Just imagine us doing that with the new game engine in CART2 ;-)

-- People think it must be fun to be a super genius, but they don't realise
how hard it is to put up with all the idiots in the world.
What suprised me is how bumpy the circuit is. After watching a lot of
incar footage and front car footage for lack of a better word for it. Mid
Ohio also seem very very bumpy.
