I use a lot of 3D stuff at work. The rule-of-thumb we use is to set your
swap file to 2-3 times the size of your physical RAM. I have 256Mb at
work, and I have my pagefile (in win2k) set to 700 min, 800 max. I
never run out of virtual memory at that setting. But when I
accidentally left it at its default setting (384Mb?) after one re-
install, it crashed right quick...

I have received my new PC, but am not sure about some stuff:
1) I have a racing wheel setup in Windows. In the joystick property
window, should the "poll with interrupt" box be ticked off or not?
2) I have 256 mb of RAM; what should I set my max and min virtual memory
settings to?
Hopefully, I'll be up and running soon!
Thanks in advance.
