wheel question (GP3)

3 posts by 2 people · 31 Jul 2000 - 31 Jul 2000 12:23 UTC

I played GP3 all over the weekend and my feelings are mixed. The best thing is: you can save during races! :-))) My main problem is the control of the car due to calibration problems. I have a TM wheel without FF and simulations like NFSPorsche or GPL work very well with the wheel. GP3 is different. The calibration (why do I have to do it anyway, is the code from old DOS times?) always ends in quite unprecise steering of the car. Especially when going straight forward, the car dances from left to right even when I don't move the wheel. I recalibrated several times and tinkered around with the sensitive zones parameters. To sum it up: can someone give me some advice how to adjust the settings that a wheel is supported as good as it could be? Jochen
