settings for the LWFF in GPL :o)

These settings sit sort of halfway between Erics and Alisons.
Not only can you feel the weight distribution moving as you
corner, but you can also feel a bump as you clip/rub against
the curbs, and you can feel the steering go loose when locking
up...
