How on earth have they managed to impliment Force feedback with just a month of development time to go before it goes 'gold' ? I think that they are holding back alot of other things that could have been in GP3. This is because we will all go and buy GP3, and then in November or December we will go out again and Buy GP4 with the 'added' features of decent Internet play, pace car etc etc. I think that this is just so that they can sell truck loads more of the sim. If that is the case i dont care, because i just cant wait ;))))))))))))) SING WITH ME ...... I'm so excited, and i just can't hide it. I'm about to loose control, and I think i like it.......... The Pointer Sisters i think....:) Ben http://www.durley.demon.co.uk/gplgp3

The question about the quality of the FF effects is only going to be answered when GP3 is released. But it's not like they've only just started working on it, they had tried FF before for a long time (from a Nick Court quote) and couldn't get it exactly how they wanted it. So it's a case of fine tuning, not adding a new feature.

I'm more worried about the following from the GP3 section at http://www.alphaf1.com/gp3/ -Features which will not be added GP3, but will be added to Grand Prix 4 or future games Support for more than 4 player LAN mode Catch fencing and more 'tiny' details Longer replays (full replay system)--------------------- Even now when people have tons of RAM!!! Better timing system (as seen in TV)----------------- and how is the timing system? Radio messages---------------------------------------------- a standard thing in today's sims! Internet play---------------------------------------------------- ? Animated pit crew and TV cameras on pits--------- Well it seems that all the shity sims have them.... Safety car-------------------------------------------------------- Why the hell not? Red flags--------------------------------------------------------- Who needs them right? Stop and go penalties---------------------------------------Realism? Formation lap--------------------------------------------------- Ok I can live without that... Jump starts----------------------------------------------------- Realism? Own carshape for each team----------------------------- Pat painter will fix that and the 3rd party possie! Ability to look left or right from cockpit view just like in many other sims---Why not? Starting driving career as a test driver and then moving to better teams-----? Livery editor----- It seems to me that it'll miss all the little things that make a great game even greater!
