Where are the Nascar 3 car setup sites?

A few years ago when I had Nascar2 there were alot of sites offering car setups for each track which really help me. I just got Nascar3 as a present and I would like to do the same but all the old Nascas2 sites are gone and I can't find any Nascar3 sites? Any one have any good ones out there? Joe C.
