Ever had the screen freezes / game continues problem?
I had it every time i played, after upgrading to a P3.
I fixed it by plugging my monitor directly into the graphics card, instead
of routing through my DVD MPEG2 thingy card. only drawback is I can't watch
DVDs on my monitor, but it's fine on the TV.
Just done a offline proshort at monaco and some online at glen and kya, all
the cars, all the graphics at 36fps and no problem at all :-D
my system is:
Windows 98 / GPL 1.2 / DirectX 7a
Intel P3 550
Intel 440BX chipset (AT, Gigabyte m/board)
Voodoo Banshee 16MB
128MB RAM
SB Live! Value
LWFF Serial wheel
REALmagic Hollywood2 MPEG2 card
