ROCHESTER NY Cable users!!

I'm looking for some Rochester area Road Runner cable users. I've found a pattern to my boot problem and found another that we think has the same thing. Naturally RR denies it all but if he and I both have the same problem and are in completely different parts of the city... You get the idea. Our problem is that we get booted from any race server at the exact same time every hour. My clock is wrong but it says at 15 after the hour.. BOOT.., Then the next hour at 15 after..BOOT.. The exact same time every hour. If you're a Rochester RR user, and am experiencing boot problems, please contact me. Mike, Are you using PingPlotter, or something similar, to record what is going on? This will give you better ammo to use with RoadRunner. If you are getting booted, it should show where your packets are being lost.
