Winmip is the program you're after, I can't remember where I got it though.

Sorry ppl for yet another stupid question: Is there a proggie around to
convert standard grafic-files (*.jpg, *.bmp, *.tga etc) to the
pbf-file-format GPL uses? Where can I find it?
