That's the second time this month. Something fishy is going on folks. The
Official Dreamcast magazine reviewed the so-called "final' version of this
game last month (and gave it 8/10) yet the game has been delayed (according
to EBWorld.com) again to the end of April. Was ODM fooled into thinking this
was a final product? And furthermore, WHY IN THE HELL IS THIS GAME DELAYED?

It probably was the final product, as it's been out in Europe since
before Christmas.
There are tons of things that can delay a release, silly things like
not paying your programming team. Or the printers messing up the manual
so that it has to be re-done, or somebody's hard drive biting it.
lots of things, the producers may have looked at the release schedules
of other games and decided not to compete with other announced titles.
There are more reasons than I can list but the most likely is, they have
a bug or found a bug that broke another part of the code....

Never seemed to slow a UBI release up any that I've noticed.
Be patient, when it gets here it will be fast and fun.
