I use this

coefficient
force_feedback_latency = 0.00001 ; force feedback latency
(secs)
max_steering_torque = 310.000000 ; steering torque in N*in
giving max device force
But I have shortcuts with settings like this
"....\gpl.exe -ko"0:Joy:max_steering_torque:300"
