When I bought ICR, it came with a card/order form for Thrustmaster
steering wheel and pedals. Is there any company that makes something
similar but does not require $180? That's too steep.

You can mail order it from Insight in Arizona for ~$120. The phone
number is 800-998-8030. Get it. The combination makes a world of
difference.
