Anybody know if there's a way to actually pause the race (for both
players) during a 2-player modem race? i.e., if my other phone starts
ringing or the doorbell rings during a race it sure would be nice to not
have to ignore it. :-) Hitting Esc only pauses *you* and exits to the
other screen, but unfortunately the rest of the race continues unbeknownst
to you. I really preferred the 2-player interface on Indycar - don't find
the "chat" box particularly useful since in this type of game there really
is no time to take your hand off the controller and type a message.
Also - does anyone know if/when there will be some sort of track expansion
disks for this game (a la Indycar)? I've raced all the tracks multiple
times now and, while far from bored, wouldn't mind seeing a few new
tracks...
