I've just tried several times to download the file you've so graciously
provided, but on every attempt I get an 'access denied' message. What gives?
(i'm using V2.0 of the Windows Sockets FTP Client)

That's kinda hard to do, since there aren't any world-readable
permissions on that file. Thanks for wasting two minutes of my time,
Anakin - I and everyone else who fell for it sincerely appreciate it.
As I understand it, the '95 car set won't be out until after the Australia
race.

I have moved the file from pub/zyllyx/iwcc/paint to pub/zyllyx/icrs. All
IndyCar/ICRS related files that come to my site will be found there for future
reference.

Well, as of now, 3/15 10:45 PM CST the file is not on this site at all.
The pub/zyllyx/iwcc/paint directory doesn't have it anymore,
and the pub/zyllyx/icrs directory is empty.
When the file was in the ~.iwcc/paint directory I tried to download it
and it gave "permission denied". Now it is nowhere to be found..
Tony will you please share this file with us??
