First and foremost, Happy New Year!
Tonight I uploaded the"new look" The Pits to the server.
We had to redsign it for a few reasons.
1)The old version was taking up too much server space.
2)It's previous structure was a bit hard to administor.
3)So crank e-mailed me saying the use of a black background was a sign
of worshiping satan. Heh? Go figure!
Sadly, since the last update, all my time has been taken up with the
new layout so there isn't that much new there.
However, there are some new car sets & utilities in The Workshop.
A couple of points.
Firstly the BTCC that is at presently on The Pits does not contain the
privateers. A slight technical glitch (PCX files are fine until you
import them)
has had to delay its uploading. Anyone downloading the currently held
version
will get the version with the works teams only.
Steve's 1995 Formula 1 Carset for ICR2 is nearing completion and
should be
uploaded within a few days. It is worth waiting for.
I'm glad to announce that The Pits Track day will go ahead if enough
people
want to come. It's designed to give people the chance to let rip on a
real circuit with real cars. More details can be found at the pits.
Well, thats about it for now.
Now that the new look is finished, we can add more content.
Thanks for your support.
