I've seen in-car images of the driver and navigator in the 'hack' views. All
I get is an 'empty' car. Anyone else get this?

I haven't tried it myself but I would imagine you need to 'hack' the
outside view to put the camera in the car, rather than just moving the
cockpit cam back.
