How do "min frame rate" and "cars drawn ahead" relate?

How do "min frame rate" and "cars drawn ahead" relate? If I choose "min frame rate" of 29 and "cars drawn ahead" of 36, then what happens when the hardware cannot draw the graphics fast enough? I suspect that you still get 29 fps, and you only see the "cars drawn ahead" that the hardware can handle within the fps limit. -- Best Wishes!!! Robert Huggins Raleigh, NC
Less cars uses less memory, therefore better frame rates. David W. Long Memphis, TN

It will reduce the frame rate to draw all the cars. You should reduce the number of cars to maintain 29fps.
