Ahah!! I just reread my original post and what happened is this.
When I first saw the reply form you had used it to someone else.
After the first time I used it I started getting a bunch of replies
about how cool a form it was.
In an attempt to prevent taking credit where it wasn't due I had added
your info from bottom of post that I found form on as original source
(so far as I know) of the blank original form, figureing that if
credit being passed around I didn't want you offended thinking I was
taking credit for a form I didn't create but had just filled out.
In my post I showed it as being re presented by me and original form
(blank) as being your creation so proper credit could be expressed by
those who like the form itself, not neccesarily the content.
Then when Riku followup posted from it it looks like all he peeled was
the last info line of my post without confirming that it was my info.
In other words, he didn't finish reading the post or he'd of noticed
that there were 2 info sections, mine which should have been in
followup, and yours mearly as original creator of blank form to best
of my knowledge. If this has caused you any probs/flames etc. Please
forward them to me and I'll get it all straightened out.
Last thing I wanted was for someone else to have to take heat for my
screwup.
