I downloaded no cdrom.zip, and it generally works very well, except
for the fact that I cannot race at Monaco. All the other tracks work
just fine. I tried recopying all the track.dat files from the
"circuits" directory on the CD-ROM to the "circuits" directory on my
HD, but I still can do nothing at Monaco. I get the screen with the
picture of the track that says "Please wait" but nothing ever happens,
and I have to restart my computer. I'm running on a P75 (ThinkPad)
with 1 meg VRAM and 24 MB RAM.
I realize I'm sort of playing with fire by using an usupported
modification of the game, but ny help anyone could give me would be
greatly appreciated. I started a season, but I can't get past Monaco!
