GP Wizard - help?

I have been enjoying Grand Prix Wizard (an F1 Mgr game) by Wizard Games. But I was hoping someone could tell me how to make a winner out of the Pacific, Forti, Celtica or Ecosse teams. I have managed to turn the others around, but with the last four teams I have gone bankrupt within 2 to 3 seasons. I have been able to at least break even with the other teams and after I sign Chief Designer, N Oatley, the teams become ***. But I cannot get to the break even point with Pacific, .....
