run Nascar2 in Win95 that it will corrupt my IE3.0. it will not just
gives me a weird looking browser and part of my desktop is on it (see
thru) Time to go restore again.

Stop on by, what can it hurt?
Thought it was just me.......
I had the same thing happen to me last night. I reinstalled IE to 3.01 and
haven't had the problem since.

posting this. I also found the 3.01 IE beta and installed it.

Well, I guess I now know what my IE was screwed up. I installed under
Win95 (but run under DOS.) I have the 32-bit AOL 3.0, and ended up
re-installing that to correct IE. I had to un-install IE first to fully
correct it.

I've experienced the same problem on this end... I just re-installed
MSIE3.1 (had it handy) and the problem went away. Sierra setup and Nascar2
all work fine still... so I suspect the problem is an older DLL or VBX
that gets put in place during the install of Nascar2.

I just had the same thing happen...ie 3.01 is corrupted and won't load. Any
suggestions?
Reinstall 3.01 over top of the corrupted version. It should not give
you any more troubles.
